The Lead Bulk Transfer functionality enables dealerships to transfer multiple enquiries from one salesperson to another in a single action. This process helps manage workload distribution, employee transitions, branch reallocations, and lead ownership changes efficiently.

You will be redirected to the Enquiry Worksheet, where all open enquiries are displayed.
Within the Enquiry Worksheet:
The system opens the Inquiry Bulk Transfer Worksheet.
The Bulk Transfer screen provides multiple filter options to identify specific enquiries.
Use one or more filters as required.
Specify:
This helps identify enquiries created during a specific period.
Select the branch from which enquiries should be transferred.
Select the current salesperson whose enquiries need reassignment.
This filter displays enquiries currently assigned to the selected executive.
Filter enquiries based on customer city.
Filter by customer product interest.
Filter by vehicle model.
Filter based on enquiry source.
Examples:
Filter enquiries associated with specific campaigns.
After selecting required criteria:
Click Search
The system displays all enquiries matching the selected filters.
Example:
Selecting an executive displays all enquiries assigned to that executive.
Locate:
Assigned To
This field specifies the salesperson who will receive the enquiries.
Select the new executive.
Example:

All selected enquiries will now move under the new salesperson.

The system transfers all selected enquiries to the new salesperson.

Pre-Sales → My Leads → Quick Link → Inquiry Bulk Transfer → Apply Filters → Search Enquiries → Select Assigned To → Select Leads → Transfer
