This process can only be performed when the job card is in Open Status. Job cards that are already Billed or Closed cannot be cancelled.

Login to Gain DMS
Navigate to:
Workshop → Service Job Cards
Step 2: Access the Open Job Card List
The Service Job Card Worksheet screen will display all currently open job cards.
Locate the job card that needs to be cancelled.
Important Note
Only job cards in Open Status can be cancelled.
You cannot cancel:
Closed Job Cards
Billed Job Cards
Step 3: Click on Action
Against the respective job card, click on the Action button.
Step 4: Select Cancel Option
From the available options, click on:
Cancel
Step 5: Review Job Card Information
The system will display the following details for verification:
Job Card Number
Customer Name
Service Type
Product / Vehicle Details
Registration Number
Job Card Date

Step 6: Enter Cancellation Reason
